Sterling Antique British Cheese Knife 1834
Heavy antique British sterling cheese knife with clear markings on the back. The blade is curved. The simple style is indicative of the late Georgian period. Blank cartouche.
The markings on the back of handle from top of handle to functional end: Cursive HL (possibly maker mark), Cat head (London), lion (sterling .925), lower case t (1834), and Bust of King William IV (1834-1837).
Good condition with some scratches on blade.
